Payment:

The seller can take payment from the time the item has been sent from the seller to the recipient. If the item has been purchased with a credit or debit card, the buyer can keep the amount at the time of purchase. The amount will be deducted the same day the item is sent by the seller. If the seller uses an invoice, this must be prepared when the order is processed. The payment deadline must be at least 14 days from the time the buyer receives their item. Buyers under the age of 18 should not use an invoice for payment.

Exchange of goods:

You as a customer have the full right to exchange all goods purchased in the online store Kathrine Lindman Norwegian Jewelry. You as a customer must then write which goods you want to exchange. You as a customer are responsible for shipping, and it is recommended to send with tracking so that the package arrives safely. Kathrine Lindman Norwegian Jewelry will send the new item without having to pay for shipping. If the new item is cheaper, the difference will be refunded to the same account that was used for the original purchase. If the new item is more expensive, the recommended payment method will be presented.
